- All our products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in the Texas USA.
- Most orders will ship within 8 business hours and are sent out via Fedex or USPS. Depending on how busy we are though it could take a day or two.
- Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS or Fedex websites. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. You can also log into your account to view the tracking number.
- Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

- If you get free shipping BUT select 2 day shipping, we will most probably ship via USPS first class mail or priority mail.
Shipping in the US will take 4 days or less. ( free shipping could take up to 10 days )
Shipping to Canada will take 5-10 days
Shipping to Australia will take 7-10 days
Shipping to England will take 2 weeks
Most other countries will take anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks.
For international shipments you may have to pay import duties and taxes. Its your responsibility to check if your country has any such laws. For Australia order under $1000 do NOT have any import duties or taxes so shop freely :)
*Overnight orders need to be placed prior to 12 pm mountain time to be shipped the same day & contact made with us to confirm. No Saturday Delivery. If you place your order later than this time or on Friday ...it will be delivered on Monday. Also, Fedex does not guarantee next day delivery to some locations.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Please note items purchased in our "end of summer clearance SALE" ( post August 17th 2016 are not eligible for returns. They will only be accepted back if we shipped you the wrong product or a faulty product which was our fault. If you wish to return a product which you ordered you will need to return it within a week of you receiving it.
We have the best quality products and the most amazing customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with your new cricket equipment. We stand behind our products and are here to support you on your new path to scoring runs, taking catches and taking wickets. If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away. If your shipment is damaged by USPS or Fedex, please file a claim with your local office. Then give us a call so we can send you any items that were damaged.
We do offer Free returns on select products and select orders at our discretion.
If you feel youve received a defective product please email us pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your phone number and we will contact you back and discuss your issue with you personally. We are here to make you happy, not make your life difficult.
30 DAY GUARANTEE
Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. If you are not entirely happy with the product your recieved return the product and we will issue you a refund, store credit or replace the item.
WARRANTY ON cricket bats
Due to the nature of the game all cricket bats will eventually break. Some quicker than others. Most companies DO NOT warranty their cricket bats especially the edges and toes as these are the most common areas to break. A good knocking in service like the one offered by us will help your bat last a little longer.
If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.

- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by our Customer Service Ninjas. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.
