I didn't know what to expect. Cricket is not that well known around these parts and it was all done remotely. Additionally, I have only once before had a bat refurbished so I don't have a lot of data points to compare the service and end product with. Having said that, the service was excellent. Good communication (could've used with a bit more - like letting me know the bat had arrived) and perhaps a detailed e-mail of what was eventually done to it (pictures as well maybe?). The end product is quite satisfactory, the bat is CLEARLY in a much better shape than it was before. I don't know if the finishing is what I consider TOP NOTCH, but it is worth the effort to save an otherwise dead bat.

I sent my bat for bottom crack and refurbish. They did a great job in crack repair with bottom threading. Did a complete refurbish on my bat and applied wax too. Great job. Thankyou

I just recently shipped my Hammer bat for repairs. The repair is a bit pricey, but Jason did a really good job with my bat. I took it in to a match and the bat played really well. Definitely worth the money, especially when it's a bat you like a lot.
