Fisher Cricket Bats

While many bat makers make their bats by hand from start to finish not many can claim to be part of the botanical process of planting and harvesting the trees grown to be harvested for cricket bat making.

Lachlan Fisher an Australian bat maker can claim just that, he harvests willow from Gippsland in Australia to create custom cricket bats. To date he has produced over 12,000 cricket bats and as can well be imagined his bats are of supreme quality as he is a passionate bat maker, who makes his cricket bats the good old way.

He was not satisfied with simply using English Wilow and set about planting trees in Victoria that would give him prime cricket bat willow.

Besides for the custom bat making experience, Fisher bats also now has an off the rack range. Transparency is one of the greatest factors in this range and you know exactly what grade of willow you are purchasing when you buy it.

There is the Best Range of bats that is made out of Grade 1 English Willow, as is the Tiger. There are also two ranges of Grade 2 willow bats like the Mach range and the Jackal range. There is also the Unique cricket bat, it is a toothpick skinny cricket bat that is specifically designed fro training.

Fisher Bats is a premier maker of cricket bats, of that there is no doubt.
