We believe that when a ball gets hit, it should stay hit.

That’s why we design our bats with two principal advantages over anything else in cricket: faster bat speed and bigger sweet spots.

THE ToRQ

Our new recruit. The first Mongoose with a conventional, full length blade, but with edges that tell you it’s a Goose. Understated it’s not.

But still the TorQ conceals its hidden advantage. Unique Mongoose technology reduces the length of the splice by half to increase the hitting area and give you the biggest, most sizzling sweet spot in cricket.

Designed with Marcus Trescothick, it combines the balance and touch required for cultured defence, with the sort of ferocious attacking capabilities that make fielders scatter like scaredy-cats.

THE MMi3

Feared by bowlers around the world, the world famous MMi3 is the most recognizable bat in cricket.

The boffins tell us the physics of this bat are simple. We’ve increased the length of the handle to give players greater leverage and so more impact speed when contact is made with the ball. By taking the splice out of the hitting area, and building over-sized edges and toes, we’ve made the entire surface of the hitting area a sweet spot.

Whatever the scientists say, the result is a bat that plays like a conventional bat, apart from the speed with which the ball fizzes to the boundary. You don’t have to wellie it with an MMi3, you just have to let the additional bat speed do the work for you. Play straight, don’t try to hit the ball too hard and be yourself.

THE CoR3

We’ve given this seemingly conventional bat the long handle, and introduced unique Mongoose splice technology. The result: bigger sweetspot, more bat speed, awesome performance.

The blade is two inches shorter than a conventional bat, so the power is considerably greater. Designed for use in all formats of the game, this bat has got the works: big boy edges, toes to dwarf any conventional bat, and a mean streak to frighten the living daylights out of bowlers.
