CA Sports is a sports manufacturer who creates goods for cricket. Established in 1958 by Mr. Charaghdin Abdulrasheed in the cricket playing country of Pakistan, it quickly gained a reputation for making quality cricket equipment.
The founding of this company was an advantage to cricketers of Pakistan. They are able to use equipment especially designed for them – their physique, their abilities, and their powers. Also, they don’t have to rely on world class equipment coming from companies in other countries because their own country can proudly produce products and equipment at par or even superior to these other companies.
First selling only within Pakistan, the company soon produced cricket equipment for export to other countries.
CA Sports is endorsed by many international players – examples are Shakib Al Hasan, Shahriar Nafees, and Tamim Iqbal of Bangladesh; Runako Morton and Lendl Simons of West Indies, Tillakaratne Dilshan of Sri Lanka; and James Franklin, Tim McIntosh, and Jacob Oram of New Zealand. It is not surprising at all that most of the top endorsers of the brand are from Pakistan: Misbah-ul-Haq, Imran Farhat, Imran Nazir, Yasir Arafat, Shahid Nazir, and Nasir Jamshed.
Today, CA Sports is among the world leaders in manufacturing and marketing top quality cricket gears, apparel, and accessories.
