HitsHard Mojo Super Grade 1 Cricket Bat.

HitsHard is a new brand of cricket equipment that’s just emerged in 2014, from the same people that bring you Salix cricket equipment. HitsHard is Salix’s more affordable counterpart, while still handmade in England with quality English willow.

The HitsHard Mojo Super Grade 1 Cricket Bat is the highest grade in their line, and is made with grade 1 English willow, while still remaining less expensive than some lower grade Salix bats. For a new brand, HitsHard is impressing so far.

The design and profile shape of the HitsHard Mojo Super Grade 1 cricket bat isn’t really unique in any way, and definitely shows its roots as part of the Salix family. The HitsHard Mojo bat has a roughly mid middle and minimal concaving.

HitsHard has done a nice job in keeping the weight low and the pickup very balanced on its Mojo Super Grade 1 cricket bat. With thick edges that measure at around 35 mm and a pretty high spine at roughly 62 mm, you’d expect a little heavier bat, but it sits at right around 2:11 and picks up even lighter than its weight, thanks to its exaggerated bow.

Something to be aware of with the Mojo Super Grade 1 bat is that HitsHard has not fitted it with a toe guard. It does come with a nice scuff sheet, but it doesn’t cover the edges.

HitsHard’s Mojo Super Grade 1 cricket bat looks very nice in terms of decals. It’s got a retro orange and silver embossed theme, with embossed decals. The handle is a nice white oval handle with a hybrid grip.

While the shape of the HitsHard Mojo Super Grade 1 bat is pretty generic, it really allows for a versatile piece of cricket equipment. The Mojo Super Grade 1 bat is great for front foot play, back foot play, slow pitches, and fast pitches.
